Black Arrow Financial Group is an insurance agency founded two decades ago in Greenville, NC. With many years of hard-work and dedication, it has grown to be one of Greenville's top insurance providers with a specialization in Homeowner's insurance. They came to Bluco wanting us to build them an online presence that would appropriately display their company's identity.
Challenges
Black Arrow Financial Group had changed their name from Iventure to Black Arrow Financial Group, which included the merge of two other insurance companies. They needed a complete company rebranding and also had outgrown their previous digital platforms. BAFG had also been using traditional methods of storing and keeping track of their client data, and had grown so large that they needed a more convenient way to manage their book of business.
Solutions
Black Arrow Financial Group engaged Bluco Tech to provide a full company rebranding, including a new logo and website while also improving workflow by finding a technical solution to managing client data. Bluco started by conducting a comprehensive analysis of Black Arrow Financial Group's requirements and objectives for their new website. This involved meetings with key stakeholders from Black Arrow to understand their brand identity, target audience, and goals for the site. A new design concept was created to align with the rebranding efforts of Black Arrow, incorporating their updated logo, color schemes, and messaging. Bluco used responsive design principles to ensure the website looked and performed well on various devices and screen sizes. We employed the latest web development technologies and frameworks to build a user-friendly and secure website. Once their digital presence was established, Bluco implemented a software that would allow Black Arrow to effectively keep track of their clients and would help with workflow.
